Yes, we provide a comprehensive 5-year structural warranty on our frames and a 2-year warranty on fabrics and finishes against manufacturing defects.
How should I maintain my outdoor furniture?
We recommend regular cleaning with mild soap and water. For teak items, you can allow them to silver naturally or apply a teak sealer annually to maintain the original golden-brown hue.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
