Initiate Your Request

Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

Prepare the Item

Carefully repackage your furniture in its original protective wrapping and crates to ensure it remains pristine during the transit back to our facility.

Schedule Pickup

Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our white-glove logistics partners to schedule a convenient time for the collection of your items.

Inspection & Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned pieces for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
